Why study Biology at Isaac Newton Academy?
Biology is a vast and fascinating subject. It allows us to understand the essence of life, giving us the knowledge and skills required to tackle some of the greatest issues facing the world today. Our team of Biology specialists believe in challenging our students with a curriculum that engages and stimulates. Practical science skills will be developed through the numerous class experiments as our A-level students become scholars of the subject. Students will foster their analytical, mathematical and communication skills; all of which are transferable across the curriculum, making Biology a key facilitating subject for further study. Biology is an extremely desirable subject for careers in medicine, dentistry psychology, forensic science, marine biology, healthcare, sports science and pharmacology, among many others.
