Hear from our teachers
Having previously worked in an Ark school I knew of the amazing opportunities and outcomes schools within the network offer students, and I wanted to continue to be part of this. Visiting INA for the first time, the strong culture which has been embedded was immediately clear. Students at INA are diligent and meticulous in taking responsibility for their outcomes and as a result it is a pleasure to teach every single lesson. The opportunity to be part of an all through school where we have a direct impact on students from them joining in reception to them leaving in year 13 is such an exciting prospect which was a key factor I was keen to join INA. Since arriving as a Deputy head of Maths I am now leading as Head of department which shows how INA support staff and the opportunities for progression.
