Science | Stem Club | Students will get the chance to explore various aspects of science through practical activities. |
Maths | Sparx Club | Maths Homework club – Students will be supported with their home learning by Maths Teachers. |
Maths | Maths Circles | Taught Enrichment programme (KS3) – A small group of students come together regularly with a mentor to grapple with intriguing questions, to discover and explore exciting ideas, and to learn to think like advanced mathematicians. The questions, tasks and explorations in Maths Circles develop students’ mathematical reasoning and expand their mathematical curiosity, at the same time as refining their technical knowledge and skills. |
PE | Basketball | The basketball club is open for students to sign up from Y7-Y11 both male and female. This is an opportunity to embed and develop Basketball skills and techniques and to embed this into game play. Opportunities for games/competitions against schools in Redbridge and the Ark Network will occur. |
PE | Football | The football club is open for students from Y7-Y10 both male and female. Team selections will happen, and students selected will have the opportunity to embed and develop Football skills and techniques and to embed this into game play. Opportunities for games/competitions against schools in Redbridge and the Ark Network will occur. |
PE | Netball | The Netball club is open for students from Y7-Y11 both male and female. Team selections will happen, and students selected will have the opportunity to embed and develop Netball skills and techniques and to embed this into game play. PE | Table Tennis | The table tennis club is open for students to sign up from Y7-Y11 both male and female. This is an opportunity to embed and develop Table Tennis skills and techniques and to embed this into game play. Opportunities for games/competitions against schools in Redbridge and the Ark Network will occur. |
Enterprise | KS3 Coding Club | Coding club will be about developing python coding skills in a relaxed and fun environment, students will have the chance to combine music and coding together using specialised software! Alongside solving cool programming challenges. |
Humanities | Model United Nations | Develop your skills in diplomacy and engage with real-life issues affecting the global community through Model United Nations. Students will take on the roles of diplomats, representing different countries, and engaging in discussions, debates, and negotiations on global issues. You will be honing skills in diplomacy, public speaking, research, and critical thinking. Open to 15 students. |
Languages | Home learning Club | Allow students to come in, and complete their HL, improving their use of Memrise and Languagenut and ensuring HL is completed in a high standard. |
Languages | Acting in Spanish. | A fun and engaging way to improve the speaking and communication skills in Spanish, students will be presented with a short scene using the vocabulary learnt in lessons. Students will be rehearsing and practising with the teacher for 1 hour, which will help to memorise vocabulary. |
Communications | Drama Club | Drama club gives students an opportunity to participate in a creative extracurricular activity. The club works on creative thinking skills, communication skills, emotional intelligence, concentration, encourages teamwork and helps develop confidence and creativity. Students will explore a variety of scripts and plays , and give Shakespeare a modern twist! |
Communications | English Club | To cultivate a love for English and improve language and literature skills. Also, to build on the strong foundations that students already receive at INA. |
Music | KS3 Fire Choir | Fire Choir; A choir is a group of singers. Come and experience the power of group singing. Sing great songs with great people and in relaxed and fun sessions. This term we will be working towards performing at the Winter concert. |

Art & Design | Printmaking club | Explore the versatile art form of printmaking and develop your skills with eye catching projects. Whether you have printmaking experience, or this is your first time, we will explore different ways you can experiment with hand-printing techniques. Open to yr7-11 (max. 15 students) |
SEND | Gardening Club | The Gardening Club enable students to come together to learn about plants, sustainability, and to create a sense of connection with nature. |
Our focus will be to create a sustainable garden which incorporates composting and organic gardening. | ||
It will be subject incorporated Club where we will be organising workshops that combine science, art, and mathematics, allowing students to understand the life cycle of plants, artificial pollination, create garden-inspired artwork, and calculate measurements for optimal plant growth. |
