Year 13 Results: Ark Isaac Newton Academy’s Student Celebrate Academic Success

It is with great pride that the INA community celebrated the exceptional achievement of its Year 13 students today. Across the board, students have achieved excellent grades, with over a third of all grades being an A*/A or equivalent and almost 80% of grades being a B grade or better.

It is with great pride that the INA community celebrated the exceptional achievement of its Year 13 students today. Across the board, students have achieved excellent grades, with over a third of all grades being an A*/A or equivalent and almost 80% of grades being a B grade or better. As a result of their achievements, students have earned places at a variety of transformational destinations across the country, including Oxford, Imperial and London School of Economics, with some students also securing places in sought-after degree apprenticeships with KPMG, Lloyd’s and Grant Thornton.

Jaspreet Kaur, one of our highest performing students, who achieved A*A*AA in English, Politics, History and Maths, will being attending Oxford to study History. She said, “I am really proud to have achieved my grades for Oxford. I couldn’t have made it here without the support of my teachers and the faith they had in me”

Other individual successes included the meeting of the requirements for some of the most competitive courses:

Zara Butt will be starting an apprenticeship with Grant Thornton. She achieved AAA in Economics, Politics and Sociology

Tajinder Chahal will be attending LSE to study Maths, Statistics and Business. He achieved A*AA in Biology, Chemistry and Maths

Aenna Hussain will be attending UEA to study Medicine. She achieved A*AA in Biology, Chemistry and Psychology

Tianna Patel will be attending UCL to study Politics and International Relations. She achieved A*AA in Economics, Politics and Sociology

Winnon Venkatesan will be attending Imperial to study Maths and Computer Science. He achieved A*A*A*A in Computer Science, Maths, Further Maths and Physics

Over 15% of students achieve a full set of top grades

A significant number of our students also achieved a full set of top grades in their subjects, with either straight A*/A or the BTEC equivalent – these students are:

We are very proud of this year group, what they have achieved and the people they have become and know that they will make a huge impact on the world around them as they leave us and join the communities of their future universities and employers. A thank you also to the staff and families, whose support for our students helps them to achieve such excellent results.
